» Camping news – July

Greetings to all those who love to camp, who love to enjoy calm and beautiful nature repose!

Here you go the 2nd “edition” of “Leiputrija” camping news of this summer:

1.) First, we would like to thank all travelers who have choose our small, new tourist park for stopping by. As this is only our 1st season, we are very happy to meet so many travelers from all around the world here – in our lovely camping and guesthouse. Greetings to Germany, Netherlands, France, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, USA, Russia, Finland, Hungary and our neighbours – Estonia, Lithuania – and everyone else who has already visited us :)

2.) What’s new in camping and guesthouse “Leiputrija” in July:

• In July we began to accept credit cards.
• We opened a small fishing-rod rental point ir reception – for those who has felt a sudden need to catch the big fish! :)
• We have “upgraded” our camping showers – they have become more comfy and cosy.

Coming up on August:

• Small “micro-shop” where our guests can buy some cold drinks (beer, water, latvian drink “kvass”), tea, coffee, ice cream etc.
• A pavilion / summer bar will get its roof done.
• We will make some new tables and benches in tent pitch area.
• We will begin to work on two small pools near latvian sauna house. Pools available in next season.
